Stewkley Stone was contracted by a residential property developer to carry out the fabrication and installation of eight bathrooms in a property in London.
Luxury Marble Bathroom with Entire Booked Matched Floor

This particular project was very exciting for us; the designs required on point accuracy in measuring, cutting and installation whilst using the highest of quality “Statuario” book-matched marble – where not even the tiniest of mistakes are forgiven.
The project also required close working relationships with other contractors, ensuring schedules were kept to their completion dates.
Bespoke 3D Marble Flooring
Here we used three different complimentary marbles to create a stunning entrance hall to the property.
This design creates a 3D visual effect of small columns which appear to be raised from one-another giving the appearance of a castellated/Art Deco floor.
Armani Bronze Vein Cut & Cross Cut Wall Panelling
The three wall elevations surrounding the bath were panelled with a very rich marble known as “Armani Bronze” Using the different cuts of this particular marble created an opulent area around the bath.
Marble Walls with Feature Stainless Steel Inlays
The client desired to create a complete bathroom – with marble utilised from floor to ceiling while incorporating marble soap boxes. We also used the same marble for the shower tray. The marble was all carved to a fall in order to allow the water to disperse quickly through the drain. The stainless steel joint inlays give a subtle modern twist to this bathroom.
Chiseled Edge Island in Quartz
This unique edge detail was applied by hand to give a different texture whilst complimenting the also polished surface of the quartz.
The “Chiselled Edge” detail can produced to a maximal thickness of 50mm thick, giving the look of a solid stone appearance.
We also fabricated the “Chiselled Edge” End panel to further enhance the solid entirety of the design.
